Hold a barbell or dumbbells in front of your thighs, legs almost straight (very slight knee bend).

Hinge at the hips, pushing them back, lowering the weight down your legs.

Keep your back flat throughout — stop when you feel a strong hamstring stretch.

Drive your hips forward to stand back up, squeezing your glutes at the top.
