Zumba — Hip Hop Mix

A hip hop mix block uses grounded, bouncy movements, such as bounces, rolls, arm waves and quick direction changes, set to modern hip hop and pop. The upright bounce keeps the knees bent and the core active, and the sharper, freestyle feel makes it energetic and fun. It is a popular choice for people who like current music.
