Hold a barbell or dumbbells at shoulder height, feet shoulder-width.

Squat down until thighs are at least parallel to the floor.

As you drive back up out of the squat, press the weight overhead in one fluid motion.

Lower the weight back to shoulder height as you descend into the next squat.

Keep the movement smooth and continuous — this is a full-body, high-intensity lift.
