2 tbspAlmond Flour
1Egg
1 tbspGinger Garlic Paste
1 tspRed Chilli Powder
½ tspTurmeric powder
1 tspBlack pepper
1 tspGaram Masala
1 tspSalt
1 tbspLemon juice
2 tbspGhee or coconut oil for frying
8-10Curry leaves
2Green Chilli Slit

Step 1
Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces.

Add ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, pepper and garam masala. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Add egg and almond flour. Mix until every piece is evenly coated.

Heat ghee or coconut oil in a pan.

Fry chicken on medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.

In the same pan, fry curry leaves and green chillies for 30 seconds.

Toss the fried chicken with curry leaves and chillies.
